This elite goaltending camp is led by current and former PWHL, Olympic and NCAA Division I goaltenders designed to provide a high-performance, professional training experience. The camp includes five on-ice sessions, two off-ice sessions, and two classroom sessions, offering a well-rounded approach to goalie development. Each participant will also receive a camp jersey and t-shirt.

On the ice, goalies will face live shots from current PWHL players, giving participants a rare opportunity to train and have fun with high-level shooters. These sessions focus on game-realistic scenarios, technical refinement, building confidence and competing.

Off the ice, goalies will participate in hand-eye coordination drills, goalie-specific strength and movement exercises, and learn the components of an effective and repeatable warm-up routine to support performance and injury prevention.

Classroom sessions will provide insight into how to make it to the next level. Hear from PWHL goalies discuss the mental side of the position including game preparation, habits, experiences, nutrition, resources, etc. Have the opportunity for a live Q&A to interact with and learn from the staff.
